Kek Ciffon Durian....


Musim buah dtg lagi,bnyak la pulak cik hubby borong durian...macam org kemaruk durian pulak rupanya....kuikuikui...tp yg jadi mangsa bini dia ni la, terpaksa fkr cara nk perabis durian tu....ye la durian ni bknnya blh mkn bnyak2, panazzzzz....

Hari tu cik hubby ada tanya ada resepi spesel tak yg guna durian...so Liza pun cari la, dan terjumpa la kek yg Liza mmg berkenan nak cuba....alhamdulillah rasanya mmg tidak menghampakan, mmg sedap n gebussss.....kalau tak caya kena cuba yer....

Kek ni Liza amik dr fp Madihaa, mintak izin Liza CnP kat sini pulak yer....

RESEPI KEK CIFFON DURIAN

Bhn2:

Egg Yolk Batter:

6 egg yolks
150 ml. coconut milk - Liza guna susu cair
4 Tbsp. Corn oil
1/4 tsp. salt
150 gm. Isi Durian (mashed) - Liza guna 200 gm
40 gm. caster sugar
140 gm. Plain flour

Egg White Foam:

6 egg white
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
80 gm. Caster Sugar

Method:

(1) Mix all the egg yolk batter together. Stir till smooth.
(2) Whisk egg whisk till slightly forthy then gradually spoon in the sugar till finish. Whisk at high speed until forthy adn stiff peak form.
(3) Gently fold beaten egg white into egg yolk batter.
(4) Pour batter into a 25 cm. chiffon cake pan. Bake at 175C for about 45 mins. or until cooked.
(5) Remove cake from oven and invert the pan onto a wire rack and leave it to cool completely.
(6) Remove cake from pan and serve.




Mmg best kek ni dgn bau dan rasa durian tu harum semerbak bau dalam umah ni.....so pada yg mmg giler durian tu apa kata cuba kek ni, mmg berbaloi2....

Assalam kak,ade lagi ke doyannya kak,meh 2,3 biji kak..adeiii sedapnya doyan..Akak kalo wat serimuka pon best juga doyan ni..Kek cipon doyan mesti harum wangi time nak bakar kan..

wslam ct...tu la akak pun ada trpkr gak nk buat serimuka durian...kalau ct nak meh la amik doyan ni, xlarat dah tuan umah nk perabis....hihihihi

haish haish haish...kita kalau dapat durian memang xdan nak menyipon-nyipon ni... pernah sekali tu buat apam tapi macam tak termasuk je kat tekak...

durian kan liza?..tak masak pun dah berbau apa lagi kalau di buat kek begini..semerbak baunya satu rumah agaknya ya.
