Sourdough Killer Soft Bread..



Bila sudah jatuh cintan..buat lagi roti sourdough ni, kali ni buat killer soft bread versi sourdough...ilham dr Nurul, tq





SOURDOUGH KILLER SOFT BREAD

Bhn2 A:

220gm bread flour
30gm brown sugar
1 tsp salt

B:
1 egg
120gm sourdough starter
80 - 85ml fresh milk - adjust accordingly
30gm butter

C:
35gm raisins

- knead till window pane stage
- one proofing only, till double size
- bake 180C for 20 - 25 minutes
