Assalamualaikum dan selamat petang semua...ni Liza just nk share roti jem yg skodeng dr umah Iza Singgahsana Kitchen...walaupun tekstur roti ni sdkt melekit sbb kita campurkan doh dgn jem tp tetap lembut...mmg dah tak payah susah2 nak mkn dgn jem ke ape dah sbb roti ni dah cukup segala rasanya...
Ni kes nk perabis stok jem yg Liza buat hari tu..ok lah jom kita tgk resepi yer...thnx yer Iza, akk share resepi kat sini pulak..mintak halal yer...
RESEPI ROTI JEM STRAWBERRY
Bhn2:
300g bread flour
5g instant yeast
45g icing sugar
2tbsp milk powder
1/2tsp salt
110ml water
70g strawberry jam
50g butter
Topping:
strawberry jam
desiccated coconut - xletak
strawberry jam

- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixer and mix well at low speed.
- Add in water and jam, beat at medium speed until it form a dough.
- Lastly add in the butter, continue to beat until it form a smooth and elastic dough.
- Cover the dough and let it prove for 45-60mins.
- Divide dough into 45g each portion and rest for another 10mins.
- Shape into long dough and arrange it on a greased tray.(saya bentukkan bebola)
- Cover and leave it to prove for 45mins until it doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Brush surface with beaten egg.(saya campurkan telur dengan sedikit susu segar)
- Pipe strawberry jam on the surface and sprinkle with some desiccated coconut.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15mins until buns is brown.(lepas keluar oven saya glaze pula dengan sedikit butter supaya berkilat)
- Remove bread from tin and cool it on a wire rack

pagi2 dah nampak roti yg sedap tu... kalau dpt 2 ketul pun best jugak ni.. buat cicah ngan nescafe o... yummy...
