Aglio Olio..


Assalamualaikum wbt ...dah banyak kali Liza buat aglio olio ni sbb mmg peberet Liza..tapi bila cari resepi ni kat dapo Liza . xde la pulak...maknanya setiap kali buat mmg Liza tak update resepi kat sini la ye,hihii

Ni versi Liza yg suka pedas2 sikit ye..kalau ikutkan yg original mmg diaorang xletak la segala cili tu...segalanya terpulang pada selera masing2 kan..






RESEPI AGLIO OLIO

Bhn2:

1 paket spagetti - rebus hingga masak dgn sedikit minyak dan garam
Air rebusan spagetti / stok seafood
3 ulas bawang putih - tumbuk
2 biji cili api - tumbuk( blh skip kalau xsuka pedas)
Seafood pilihan ( udang, sotong , lala, ,kupang atau apa saja)- rebus skjp
Sedikit minyak zaitun
Chili flakes
Sedikit daun ketumbar / daun parsley - racik halus

- panaskan minyak zaitun dan tumis bawang putih serta cili api hingga naik bau
- masukkan sedikit air rebusan dan biar mendidih, masukkan garam dan perasa
- masukkan spagetti serta lauk pauk  yg telah siap direbus td
- sesuaikan rasa dan masukkan cili flakes, gaul sebati
- tutup api dan taburkan daun ketumbar / parsley
- sedia dihidangkan
