Wholemeal Sourdough Bread,,



Kali ni Liza cuba resepi baru pulak..kalau tgk dr segi pengunaan bhn2 tu, mmg dah boleh agak rasa roti ni agak masam sikit sbb bnyk gunakan sourdough starter berbanding tepung..





WHOLEMEAL SOURDOUGH BREAD


Bhn2:

200gm sourdough starter
80gm air
120gm tpg roti
30gm tpg wholemeal
30gm tpg atta - Liza guna tpg wholemeal
30gm brown sugar
1 s/k garam
20gm butter

- campur semua dan uli kasar
- masukkan butter dan uli lg hingga window pane stage
- proofing selama 5 1/2 jam
- bakar 220C selama 30 minit dan turunkan ke suhu 200C dan bakar lagi 10 - 15 minit..
