Sourdough Chocolate Milk Loaf..






SOURDOUGH MILK LOAF

 

Bhn2:

 

300gm tepung roti
50gm chocolate powder
30gm gula
7gm garam
150gm sourdough starter active
70ml fresh cream
85ml susu segar
70ml air
30gm butter

 Filling:
 
Nutella
Choc chips


 
 
 
 
 
- campurkan semua bhn dan uli dgn BM atau mixer hingga elastic

- doh ni mmg lembik sikit ye

- first proofing ambil masa 31/2 jam

- bench rest 30 minit

- second proofing 2 jam

- bakar 190C selama 40 minit atau sehingga roti keperangan

 

* kalau xde starter boleh guna 2sk yis kering, bhn lain semua sama je *
