Yoga Bread..







YOGA BREAD ( SOURDOUGH )


350gm bread flour
200gm natural yeast starter
50gm brown sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1 egg
50gm butter
125gm milk

- 2 hours before making bread, take out the 100gm starter from fridge and feed with equal parts of water n bread flour - 100% hydration
- when your starter double up, mix in all the other ingredients EXCEPT butter , just roughly mix it ( autolyse) covered n let it rest for 30 mins
- after 30 mins, add in butter and knead till membrane - it took about 10-15 mins
- first proof till double
- punch out air and shaped
- second proof till 80% full of Pullman tin
- baked at preheated oven 190C for 40 mins







Liza sapu garlic butter dan chopped parsley n roll,,pastu potong dan susun dlm loyang, biarkan sehingga naik dua kali ganda, baru bake
